More and more, Dale Carnegie Training of Southeast Michigan is offering shorter versions of their world famous courses for busy professionals who can’t commit to an 8- or 12-week course. In April, those interested have a chance to take an abbreviated version of the How to Sell Like a Pro course.
Offered for three consecutive days — April 5-7 — from 8:30 to 5 p.m., How to Sell Like a Pro is designed for sales people whose schedules won’t allow them to take the 8-week Sales Advantage course. It has the same sales process improvement content, but it’s transformed into an accelerated learning format.
The entire sales process will be covered, including:
- Prospecting
- Getting appointments
- Establishing rapport
- Crafting solutions
- Overcoming objections
- Closing the deal
- Time and territory management
- Creating your own personal success plan
You’ll be amazed at how using these techniques allows you to get by the gatekeepers, book appointments, build trust quickly, and lead to more and bigger sales.
You’ll also learn how to:
- Connect with decision makers
- Display confidence in yourself and your company
- Leverage referrals
- Build credibility
- Ask the right questions
- Use 6 tactics to win commitment
- Influence the conversation so that it reaches a mutually beneficial conclusion
- Follow up in a way that creates additional sales opportunities
The course will be held at 41650 Gardenbrook, Ste. 190, in Novi near the Walsh College campus. For more information, e-mail scott_greer@dalecarnegie.com.
