Are you a fairly confident public speaker, but looking to take your presentations to the next level? Whether you’re persuading colleagues, selling a client or energizing a team, the power of your performance can mean the difference between success and failure.
Dale Carnegie Training of Southeast Michigan is pleased to offer a way for experienced public speakers to ramp up their confidence and effectiveness with the High-Impact Presentations course. Scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 3-4, this class will be held at our Novi offices, 41650 Gardenbrook, Ste. 190.
The High-Impact Presentations will most benefit managers who have some prior public speaking experience. This course is as close as you can get to having a personal, public speaking coach, with students presenting at least seven times over the course of two days. Presentations are videotaped and evaluated, and each student gets expert one-on-one coaching at the end of each.
The course is not recommended for people new to public speaking, and would most benefit those executives who speak in front of groups, sales people and anyone who meets with the media.
You’ll also learn how to:
- Persuade the audience with supporting facts and examples
- Project a positive image
- Prepare for an interview
- Lead effective Q & A sessions
- Communicate ideas with clarity and force
- Be more relaxed and natural when making presentations
- Motivate and persuade every audience, every time
